🔁 Return Policy

   Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.

  • Returns for reasons like “don’t like the product” or “changed my mind” will not be accepted.

📸 Mandatory Opening Video

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return.

  • The video must start before the parcel is opened and clearly show the shipping label and any damage (if applicable).

  • Without this video, no return or replacement request will be processed.

  • Provide your order number, product details, unboxing video, and reason for return.

  • Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the return process.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Include the original invoice and any complimentary items received.

  • Items must be free of any additional damage or alterations.

💸 Fees & Refunds

  • A return shipping and logistics fee of ₹80 will be charged.

  • No cash/bank refunds are offered.
    Upon approval, a JewelryMiguel Credit Note will be issued, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.


🔄 Exchange Policy

📅 Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is only allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.

  • If you want a different color, design, or style (but the received product is not defective), you are eligible for a JewelryMiguel Credit Note, not a direct exchange.

🚫 No Exchange For:

  • Personal preference such as “don’t like the color/design” of the received product.

  • Customized or personalized items unless defective.

💳 Alternative Option

  • For non-defective items where you want a different option, we will issue a Credit Note (valid for 3 months) after receiving the returned product in unused condition.

  • Shipping and logistics fee of ₹80 will be deducted.

🔁 Exchange Process

  • Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 88490 96210 with your order number, issue, and unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims).

  • If approved, you can select a replacement of equal or higher value or request a credit note.
