Returns:

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions:

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

    • The original invoice and any complimentary items received must be included.

    • Products should be free from any defects or damages not present at the time of delivery.

  • Process:

    • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

    • Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the return process.

  • Fees: A nominal fee of ₹80 will be charged for return shipping and logistics.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued a JewelryMiguel Credit Note, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • Items must be in new, unopened condition with original packaging and tags.

    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.

  • Process:

    • Our team will assist you in selecting a replacement product of equal or higher value.

  • Fees: An ₹80 fee applies for exchange shipping and logistics.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 88490 96210.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Note: Refunds are not provided for damaged products; only replacements are offered.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during sale events or using a credit note.

  • Products returned without prior authorization.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, wear, or alterations.

Using JewelryMiguel Credit Note:

  • Apply the credit note code at checkout on our website.

  • The credit amount will be deducted from your total payable amount.

  • Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Cancellations:

  • Orders, once shipped, cannot be canceled.

  • For prepaid orders, cancellations before shipping will be refunded via a JewelryMiguel Credit Note.

  • We do not offer bank refunds for canceled orders.
